Emma brings over 20 years of experience in administrative and project support roles, having worked across sectors including estate agency, banking, and international certification. As Office Manager at AB Heritage, she plays a vital role in keeping the business running smoothly — overseeing day-to-day finances, processing payments, managing invoicing and credit control, and ensuring the team has everything they need.
She also helps with HR and health and safety administration, and provides practical support to the team — including arranging hotel bookings, processing expenses, and assisting with other office tasks. Known for her calm efficiency and proactive mindset, Emma is the go-to person for keeping things organised behind the scenes.
Based in South Shields with her husband and children, Emma enjoys life by the coast. Outside of work, she loves family holidays, shopping trips with her daughters, visits to the Lake District with her husband — and a well-earned glass of wine by the beach.
