As the owner and Managing Director of AB Heritage I have overall responsibility for steering the activities, strategic goals and productivity within the business. It is a role that I find hugely rewarding, with every day bringing new opportunities and input.
Over the years, as AB Heritage has grown and developed, we have built a fantastic team to continually increase the levels of support we provide our clients…and thankfully help spread the load on the office tea runs somewhat!
Seeing the company grow from the classic small business set-up model, operating from my own home office in the Somerset Levels, to one with multiple offices, along with a dedicated and skilled team, makes me proud to have been part of such a rewarding journey. But, we as a business have only just begun our story and there is so much more to achieve.
Ultimately, our clients are, and always will be, at the heart of all we do. It is my role to ensure that every member of the AB Heritage team delivers on that aim every single day and, when I think of it, I suppose that makes my job the same now as it was when I first set up.
