AB Heritage passes the Chartered Institute for Archaeologists (CIfA) quality appraisal for the 3 year period 2023-2026.
CIfA is the organisation that sets and monitors the quality standards for commercial archaeology in the UK. As a Registered Archaeology Organisation with the Institute, the company has to undergo a 3-year appraisal by the Institute and industry peers to ensure high quality service and compliance with industry standards and practice guidelines.
Having reviewed AB Heritage for technical competence, compliance with professional standards/ industry guidelines, business operation and employee satisfaction / training, the committee were pleased to continue with AB Heritage’s registration to the Institute for the period of 2023 – 2026. They highlighted AB Heritage’s:
-
- Outstanding level of support and care for staff, including the help and guidance that senior management provide to help staff progress
-
- Professional reports, which were assessed as very good.
-
- The team’s commitment to continuous quality improvement.
Andy Buckley, MD said “AB Heritage has been a Registered Organisation with CIfA for over 10 years. We are delighted. This shows our ongoing drive to provide our clients with the skilled and professional services they need. We would like to thank the CIfA members of the Registered Committee and the panel members for all their help and assistance as part of the registration committee assessment.”
